this firmware based on R564_G_12.01.48P bp part in R564_G_12.01.48P.shx ap part in ilove3d_48P_Rokr_Ultimate.sbf this firmware is an international one, it shows in English if you choose the en-us as system language ( and, the default is still zh-cn :) , you need to change to English and do a reboot ) 
most advanced things: ========= lots of good GUI software in My Tool Box: ( yes, all in Graphic User Interface, no any "ding" or "dingdong" at all ! ) Phoneware manager: you can very easily manage the MPKG and JAVA software installed in your phone / memcard Snapshot: very easily to setup and take snapshots. SystemStatus: convinient to check the system status, like free space, free ram, and the cpu bogomips etc. Powerup Notify: you can setup a whatever you like powerup notify, showing a simple promp windows when the phone boots up. 
too many things that you just need to click on it and have fun ! no complicated user manual for this f/w. note that when you have finished some modding by these tool box stuffs, you may need to to a reboot to take all effort.
========= click & load / extract / install: ( sure, it's GUI too ) you can click on sh/lin scripts ( programms are surpported too ) you can click on rar/zip/tar/tar.gz compressed files ( there's a process bar shows the progress of your extracting ) the same, ins mtf skin.rar skin.zip can be installed , and also the process bar, never hear any alert sound for the embedded tools 
( ins is the in fact tgz arch file, which extract to /, as a system package. mtf skin.rar skin.zip in fact tgz arch file too, which extract to /ezxlocal/download/appwrite, as the theme packages. ) the same, you need to reboot to take all effort when applied a theme you installed, or a startup script you installed
